SRI LANKA 8 DAYS ITINERARY

  • DAY 01 | COLOMBO AIRPORT TO SIGIRIYA
  • Pick up you from Colombo Airport and drive to Sigiriya. Check in to the hotel and refresh.
  • Evening walk around Kandalama Lake with Sunset

     Overnight in Sigiriya Hotel 

Approximate Travel Time | Colombo to Sigiriya – 3 Hours Drive 

  • DAY 02 | EXPLORE SIGIIRYA CITY
  • Climb Sigiriya Lion Rock in morning at 8.30 am.
  • Afternoon we will do Local Village Tour with Catamaran Boat ride, Cook Sri Lankan Rice & Curry for your Lunch with local family and Tuk Tuk Ride.
  • Return to your hotel in Sigiriya and relax
  • Evening will climb Pidurangala Rock to see beautiful sunset through Sigiriya Lion Rock (Optional)  

    Overnight in Sigiriya Hotel 

Approximate Travel Time | Sigiriya Lion Rock – 10 Minutes Drive

  • DAY 03 | KANDY WORLD HERITAGE CITY
  • Visit Golden and Cave Temple in Dambulla
  • Transfer to Kandy
  • On the way to Kandy visit Srilankan Spice Garden in Mathale
  • Visit Kandy Temple of the Tooth Relic in the evening ( ceremony time – 18:00 )
  • Visit to see Sri Lankan traditional dance show in Kandy

     Overnight in Kandy 

Approximate Travel Time | Sigiriya to Kandy – 3 Hours Drive 

  • DAY 04 | PANORAMIC TRAIN RIDE AND ELLA CITY
  • Transfer to Nuwaraeliya
  • On the way visit Ramboda Waterfalls and Tea Plantations and Tea Factory
  • Drive to Nanu Oya Train Station and 12.10 pm will Start your train journey from Nanu Oya to Ella train station ( 3 Hours Train Journey )
  • Driver will pick you from Ella Train Station
  • Evening visit World Famous Nine Arch Bridge in Ella

     Overnight in Ella

Approximate Travel Time | Kandy to Ella – 6 Hours Drive (By Train & Car)

  • DAY 05 | LITTLE ADAM’S PEAK & YALA NATIONAL PARK
  • Transfer to climb Little Adam’s Peak
  • Visit Rawana Pool Club
  • Drive to Yala National Park
  • On the way visit Rawana Waterfalls
  • In the afternoon at 14:00 will start Yala National Park Game Drive (Most beautiful Park in Sri Lanka and we can see Sri Lankan Leopards and Bears)

     Overnight in Yala National Park

Approximate Travel Time | Ella to Yala – 2 Hours Drive 

  • DAY 06 | SOUTH COST BEACHES
  • Transfer to Mirissa
  • Visit Coconut Tree Hill
  • Visit Turtle Hatchery in Koggala
  • Afternoon will do Boat Safari in Koggala Lake
  • Evening relax hotel in Unawatuna

Approximate Travel Time | Yala to Mirissa – 2 Hours Drive 

  • DAY 07 | SOUTH COST BEACHES
  • Relax in the Hotel in Unawatuna
  • Evening we will visit Galle Dutch Fort with Sunset
  • Return to Hotel and Overnight

Approximate Travel Time | Unawatuna to Galle – 10 Minutes  Drive

  • DAY 08 | COLOMBO CITY TOUR AND DEPARTURE TO AIRPORT
  • Transfer to Colombo
  • Visit Colombo City Tour including Galle Face Green Park, Gangaramaya Temple, Seema Malakaya, Galle Face Shopping Mall, Old Dutch Hospital, Local Market, Independence Square and etc..
  • Drive to Airport and drop off you to Colombo Airport before 3 hours of your flight.
